  Wow what an experience!!!
  AC goes out in 100 degree Texas weather and Fluffy & I were wondering-what do we do- where do we go?
  Dad always said- get three quotes.
  And the clincher was-3 window units til the job can be done! Yea-we can stay home.
  
  From Gene and all his guys-they were knowledgeable, courteous, professional and gentlemen and I've already told all my friends about this great company and their customer service. And Fluffy and I are comfy once more with our Carrier Heat Pump.

  I recently called to set up an appointment to have our unit looked at, to make sure everything was running well. David was very helpful in setting it up for me, and I received a call from Jordan the day before my appointment to confirm and let me know when I could expect the technician to arrive. Daryl came out and completed the check up very quickly, and even detected an issue that our inspector had missed, which he was able to fix right away. From the friendly office staff to the knowledgeable technician, I am very happy with this experience!
